With an average of more than 20 years of industry experience, we are able to provide unusual clarity and vision in defining and delivering the products, technology, and services necessary for independent advisors to meet the growing expectations of affluent investors.

Our management team oversees more than 400 professionals at offices in Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, Silicon Valley, and Trivandrum, India.

Dale Seier Senior Vice President, Finance, Envestnet, Inc.

Dale is responsible for overall financial accounting for Envestnet. Dale manages all activities related to financial reporting, regulatory reporting and client billing.

Prior to joining Envestnet, Dale was the Senior Vice President and Controller for Portfolio Management Consultants (PMC) and was responsible for managing all activities related to PMC’s financial accounting prior to its acquisition by Envestnet in 2001. Dale has been with the firm since 1993. Dale holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Nebraska. Dale also holds the FINRA Series 7, 24, 27 and 63 securities registrations.
