Envestnet is led by a team of experienced financial professionals who understand the business needs of the independent financial advisor. With an average of more than 20 years of industry experience, we are able to provide unusual clarity and vision in defining and delivering the products, technology, and services necessary for independent advisors to meet the growing expectations of affluent investors.
Our management team oversees more than 400 professionals at offices in Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York, Silicon Valley, and Trivandrum, India.
Eric Fowler Managing Director, Product Development, Envestnet, Inc.
Eric is responsible for the development of strategic platform products, services, and infrastructure alliances.
Prior to joining Envestnet, Eric was Vice President of the John Nuveen Company, where he was responsible for new product development. During his tenure at Nuveen, Eric led the development of various products and platform programs, including separate accounts, equity mutual funds, the IRA program, and insurance products. Prior to Nuveen, Eric worked nine years for IBM, where he was a systems engineer involved in technical marketing, product benchmarking, and project management of installation and support activities.
Eric earned his undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Physics from Wheaton College. He also earned an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Eric holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration.
